On 23–24 September 2026, the FLUWS project held its General Assembly (GA) at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden. Hosted by the project coordinator, KTH, the two-day meeting brought together project partners to review progress, discuss ongoing activities and coordinate the next steps towards the project’s objectives.

The General Assembly provided an opportunity to assess the progress achieved across the different Work Packages over the past eight months, including deliverables, milestones and planned actions. Partners presented updates on their respective activities and discussed priorities for the upcoming project period.

The meeting covered progress across Work Packages 1 to 6, with presentations addressing project management, technical developments, research activities and future planning. Discussions focused on the achievements to date, the actions required to advance ongoing tasks and the coordination of upcoming deliverables.

A key moment of the first day was the visit to the KTH laboratory and Thermal Energy Storage (TES) experimental rig, which offered project partners the opportunity to learn more about the experimental activities being carried out at KTH and to exchange knowledge on the research underpinning the FLUWS project.

The meeting marked another important step in the collaborative work of the FLUWS consortium as the project progresses towards its upcoming milestones and objectives.
